"He will come and kill those tenants and give the vineyard to others. When the people heard this they said, "God forbid!" Jesus looked directly at them and asked, "Then what is the meaning of that which is written: 'The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone?' "The Lord wants the fruit of faith from his people. You are part of his vineyard. Can you picture him earlier in your life planting faith in your heart like a young grapevine? His Word and Baptism were effective tools. Thanks to the Holy Spirit, you're still a believer. That fact that you're watching this video to hear his Word is a fruit of faith. The Lord also wants to see repentance growing on you like grapes - big bunches of repentance. There's no better way to prepare for the rest of your life than to 1) Listen to the Lord's warning and 2) Embrace his forgiveness.
